Neuro-literacy-informed programs

NL Algorithms are used to sequence learning content to create neuro-literacy-informed programs (NL Programs).

We define an NL Program as any combination of informative, experiential, and transformative learning content combined with our proprietary neuro-literacy-informed learning content that is designed to achieve transformative learning goals and learning outcomes specific to a type of user and type of situation.

A “learning goal” describes an ability the user is intended to have learned by end of a training program. A “learning outcome” is a specific, measurable, demonstrable step in a training program that, when linked to other training steps, leads a learner to achieve a learning goal.

“Transformative” means a durable shift in the user’s point of view about certain conditions in the world and/or their ability to address those conditions in a productive way.
