Usage Policies

• We want everyone to be able to use our neuro-literacy-enabling tools, programs, and technology platform to rapidly and responsibly democratize neuro-literacy.
• To this end, we require that all NEXT users follow our usage policies. By following them, you will ensure your continued access to the NEXT System and you will help us make sure that our technology is used for good.
• If we discover that your program/product/service or other offering does not follow these policies, we will ask you to make necessary changes. If you don't comply, we may take further action, including terminating your account and removing access to any content you created or modified, wherever it may be.

Use Case Policy

We do not allow creating products that:

• Promote dishonesty, harassment, hate, violence, self-harm, suicide, disordered eating
• Deceive or manipulate others including misinformation
• Are intended for use in clinical applications
• Promote illegal or harmful activities including nudity and sexual content
• Involve inappropriate use of personal data
• Are intended to influence politics or political agendas
• Connect with links that are engaged in any of the above prohibited activities

If we find that you are using any of our content or tools for any of these purposes, we will discontinue your access to the NEXT System and ask you to discontinue the use of any and all of our intellectual property. We may also take legal action to uphold our policies and your user agreement.
